Our Mission
Pathway X exists to level the playing field for Year 12 students who want to break into finance — but don't have the connections, resources, or guidance to know where to start.
We built Pathway X because we were those students. We saw that the people landing Big 4 degree apprenticeships weren't necessarily the most talented — they were the most informed.
Our job is to close that gap. Through a curated community, virtual events with real speakers, and focused guidance on Big 4 applications, we give Year 12s everything they need to compete.
Our Story
Built by students,
for students.
Pathway X started as a small WhatsApp group — a handful of Year 12s sharing application tips, deadlines, and interview advice. Word spread quickly. Students who had been accepted into Big 4 programmes started coming back to share what worked.
We ran our first virtual event. Then another. Each one brought in more students, more speakers, more opportunities. The idea proved itself.
We're now in a new chapter — restructured, refocused, and building the platform that the community deserves. This website is the start of that.
